Estimate Policy

Our estimate policy has been designed to give a timely estimate to customers seeking our services. We want each customer to receive the best quote possible so here is how we achieve this. If you are a re-peat customer, we have no problem with an on-site consultation and quote for your work. An established customer of our services gets preferential treatment.

Our first time customers are encouraged to have a no-visit estimate and a phone consultation to discuss your work. With some pictures and measurement Dr Drywall Repair can deliver a pretty effective quote barring some unseen or undiscussed work. Please understand we are not interested in competitive bidding and searching for the lowest price is definitely not Dr Drywall Repair. Of level of professional expertise and quality finished sets us apart from make believe tapers and finishers. We can handle a complete room or bathroom in one long day and most work is based on our hourly rate which is very fair. We appreciate you as a customer and want to assist you in your project. Fill out the contact form then give us a call to get the ball rolling on your project.
If a site visit is requested, it is $89 and will be deducted upon invoice for the work that is performed. Running around the state to bid against 3 other contractors is not what this extensive experience delivers rather for small work an honest hourly rate or a solid flat rate estimate can be established. Please don't waist my time as we would not do that to you.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy is in effect from start to finish and beyond. During the work we encourage our customers to examine our work and ask questions.  We encourage a walk through at the end of the job to show all the work performed and address any concerns related to the work. Upon your satisfaction and final payment the warranty policy stays in effect. Even when we leave the last day....This warranty accompanies all our work. It says that our work will be void of shoddy workmanship and all work is performed to or exceeds industry standard levels. If any work to be performed is substandard or missed or overlooked we promise to come back and address any and all issues. If it is an oversight or unsatisfactory work it is addressed and corrected on our time. Dr. Drywall Repair can not guarantee parts/supplies/equipment that has been supplied by customer.

The warranty policy is designed to be fair to you the customer and for us to be responsible for the work we offer. Our work is never taken lightly and we strive to bring the greatest results in the building industry. It is much more efficient to look closely at all work being performed because it is so much more effective to address the issues while work is in progress. So if you see something say something. With that being said this is not a company that does a Houdini on people when the work is complete. We charge good money for good work with good warranties. If it's wrong we got you!

Privacy Policy

Doctor Drywall Repair collects the data that you submit in our contact form that is used solely for our business with you. We never sell, give, rent disclose or share any of your personal information with any other person, business, entity or company. Your information is kept and archived for the company's interaction and scope of work with you the customer. In other words we share nothing with no-one. Your privacy is
